Evmoda, where you can find the most affordable and highest quality products, has 12 stores in Istanbul. Reflecting its difference with its original, trendy, high-quality and comfortable furniture, Evmoda always aims to go further with after-sales customer support.

Evmoda takes all necessary precautions to protect your personal information and your security during payment. Your credit card information is not collected or stored by our company in any way. It is automatically deleted by the system when you complete your shopping.

Only you can access and change your membership information. If you keep your member information secure, it is not possible for others to access or change information about you.

Evmoda currently has 12 stores in Istanbul. You can visit our stores 7 days a week and get to know us better. You can find detailed address and map information of our stores on our Contact Us page on our website.

If your paid order is in stock, it will be delivered to Istanbul within 3 business days and to other provinces within 12 business days at the latest. If the products you ordered are not in stock, they will be delivered to Istanbul within 15 to 25 business days. If delivery is to be made to an address outside the province, it will arrive at your door within 19 to 29 business days.

If your order is from abroad, it will be delivered within 30 to 45 business days. If the orders cannot be prepared and delivered, preliminary information will be given by the Evmoda delivery team. All products sold on Evmoda.com.tr and in our stores are under Evmoda Furniture warranty. Our products have a 2-year warranty. Any problems that may occur within the scope of warranty on the products you purchase will be resolved by our authorized services. If no malfunction is detected by our technical service or if the malfunction is determined to be not within the scope of warranty, the product is returned to you in the same condition. In cases that are not covered by warranty, the problem will be fixed for a fee with your approval. The repair time of our technical service is maximum 30 business days. The problem is being resolved within this period. In order to remain under warranty, the products you purchase must not have been damaged by you.

Cancellation Terms

Our products start to be prepared within 3 business days, including the same day when you place your order. For this reason, we kindly ask you to notify us of your product cancellation request within 3 business days from the date you placed your order.

We absolutely cannot cancel products that have had special color/fabric/size changes.

If you have placed an order with a future delivery date, your right to free cancellation of your products is 3 business days from the date you placed the order.

In cases of cancellation of your future orders, a fee of 100 TL will be allocated for each month that each product is kept in stock.

Your refund will be made within 7 business days after your cancellation request is received, if it complies with the cancellation conditions.

Return Conditions

Personalized fabric change, foot color change, size change, corner direction change, etc. If there are situations such as this, the product is produced as a special order and cannot be returned.

In accordance with hygiene rules, beds, pillows, etc. These types of products cannot be returned.

Its installation comes disassembled; Products made by our teams or our customers cannot be returned.

Returns are excluded from our return conditions because the size does not fit your home. We indicate the product dimensions on our website. Before purchasing the product, we ask you to check whether it fits in your room, whether it can be carried in your apartment, whether it can pass through the door, etc. before ordering.

Exchange Conditions

If your change request complies with the cancellation conditions; Your order will be canceled and your new order will be processed.

If the price of the product you are replacing is higher than the price of the product you want to replace, Evmoda will refund the price difference in the same way you made the payment when creating a new order.

You have received the product and want to exercise your right to exchange it; First, you must return the product you purchased to Evmoda (in accordance with the Return Conditions).

If the price of the product you are replacing is less than the price of the product you want to replace, Evmoda will receive your product and create your new order after you pay the price difference.

If the price of the product you are replacing is higher than the price of the product you want to replace, Evmoda will refund the price difference in the same way you made the payment when creating a new order.

In the production of all our furniture, materials such as first class quality wood, chip, board, lacquer and glossy lacquer, MDF and chipboard are used. The material used for the product is stated in the details of our products. Our sales consultants will help you with the products in our stores.

Color and fabric pattern selection can be made for almost all of the fabrics of our furniture. You can choose the color and fabric of the product you choose from the color chart of that product according to your taste.

First of all, you should take measurements when choosing furniture. It will help you determine whether the model furniture you like is suitable for the area you will use it in.

Since you will want to use your furniture for a long time, always try to choose models that you can use and feel comfortable with. Remember that furniture that is not suitable for you will always disturb you.

We have made your shopping easier by offering you the most convenient payment options both in our stores and on our website.

You can shop safely with cash, credit card, money order/EFT in our stores and cash, money order/EFT and cash installments up to 12 months within Istanbul, and credit card, money transfer/EFT and mail order payment options on our website.

If the products you have purchased are faulty or missing, you can open a Fault Report by contacting the stores you purchased from or our customer services. After reviewing your fault record, our technical service department will meet with you and solve the problem within approximately 7 business days.
