Our furniture products sold on Evmoda.com.tr and in our showrooms are under Evmoda Furniture warranty for 2 years . Any malfunctions that may occur in the products you purchase within the scope of warranty will be repaired by our authorized technical services. If our technical service determines that the malfunction is not covered by the warranty, the product will be returned to the customer or the malfunction will be repaired for a fee with the customer's approval. The legal period for malfunction is 30 business days. During this period, the problem is resolved and the product is delivered to the customer.

If your paid order is in stock, it will be delivered to Istanbul within 5 business days and to other provinces within 12 business days at the latest. If the products you ordered are not in stock, they will be delivered to Istanbul within 15 to 30 business days. If delivery is to be made to an address outside the province, it will arrive at your door within 25 to 45 business days. If your order is from abroad, it will be delivered within 30 to 50 business days. If the orders cannot be prepared and delivered, preliminary information will be given by the Evmoda delivery team.
For all your purchases from Evmoda.com.tr or Evmoda stores, your orders are handled by our Istanbul-based transportation and assembly expert team. Pricing for transportation and installation services outside Istanbul varies according to km. For outlet and display products, shipping and installation fees will be calculated according to distance and are not included in the scope of free shipping.
